PIRAEUS and ATHENS

Coming into Piraeus gave me a day in port to visit, once again, the Acropolis and also to see some of the new stadiums built for the Olympic Games in Athens which was such a success for the Greek People. Anne was to join me in the evening, having flown out from England for the final two weeks of the voyage. It was great to see her, and she came walking down the wharf, pushing the hired wheelchair which she was using as support. Her walking has much improved.
