The photograph is of Private Roy Griffin in the uniform of the Canadian
Forces in the First War. He was my Mother's (Mavis) cousin, who
migrated to Canada with his parents and brother, Jack. Roy eventually
moved to New York State, and married Adelaide, and when he retired moved
to Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife and two daughters, Gertrude
and Adelaide.
