Sergeant Arthur Hubert Victor ( Micky) Byard son of Arthur Victor and Lily Byard(nee Hancock) who was born Gloucester 5th May, 1919.

2nd Royal Gloucester Hussars, Royal Armoured Corps, Regimental No. 421373, killed in action on Wednesday, 27th May 1942 at Knightsbridge near Tobruk, Libya.

He is buried in Plot 4.Row E.Grave No.11 in the Knightsbridge War Cemetary, Acroma, Libya
